Grandfather and Grandmother stones. According to the legend, they are the first settlers in Koh Samui, which came ashore because of a shipwreck. They never grow old, and every native islander believes them to be their descendants.

Khow Yai Waterfall. Located near the Sukvalan view point. Admission to the waterfall costs 20 baht, but its incredible beauty is worth it. There are several pools with flowing water, summerhouses for relaxing.

Na Muang Waterfall 2 is 80 meters high. It is the most famous waterfall on the island and they constantly organize excursions to this place. On the territory there are zones of comfortable rest and entertainment, but it is the eternal beauty of this wonder of nature that attracts travelers here.
Admission to the waterfall costs 50 baht, but tourists have an opportunity to go on a free road, but it is much harder. Under the waterfall, you can go for a swim and it has a swing hanging over the water and water slides for thrill-seeker (for an adult a ticket costs 300 baht, for a child – 200 baht). Here there is also a Safari Park where you can ride elephants (700 Baht), feed monkeys and see crocodiles and snakes.

Tan Rua Waterfall, without which you can’t imagine a trip to Koh Samui. This is a classic waterfall, near-perfect, and of course, safely hidden in the jungle, so the local people call it a secret place. Its beauty is worth the hard walk in the mountains.

Wat Kunaram – a Buddhist temple with an “icing on the cake” in the form of a mummified monk. The architecture of the building is very beautiful, as well as its entire territory. The temple has a school for local children.

Big Buddha – a statue of 12 meters’ height, which is located in the north of the island. There is a staircase that leads to the Buddha and where you can walk only in your bare feet. Note that when you visit temples, you should avoid wearing provocative and too open clothes. Revealing sports shirts, short shorts and skirts, offensive inscriptions on t-shirts, swimming suits – leave all that for beaches and amusement parks. For excursions to temples better wear something more decent.

Entertainment for children in Koh Samui
Paradise Park Farm is a petting zoo, which especially young tourists like because here you can not only look at the animals, but also touch and feed them. For you to spend time in comfort it offers a cosy café, a gift shop. A swimming pool, which offers a magnificent view of the coast and the bay, deserves special attention.
The park is open from 8.00 to 18.00, admission into the park costs 400 baht for adults and 300 baht for children.

“Coco Splash Adventure & Water Park” and “PINK ELEPHANT ” water parks. Here they offer all conditions for water entertainment: pools of different depth, slides of any height, moon bounces and bouncy castles. An equipped river-swimming pool will be a good choice to go for a row on inflatable boats and the jacuzzi area will let adults relax a little and take a break from the kids.
